Traveling by CAR

Delegates traveling by car, whether with a private vehicle or online transportation, can arrive directly at the venue/hotel.

Traveling by TRAIN

Delegates traveling by train should arrive at
Gambir Train Station in Jakarta. From Gambir
Station, delegates can book a taxi or other online
transportation to their hotel. The journey typically
takes approximately 40–50 minutes, but in heavy
traffic, it may take around 60–90 minutes.

Traveling by PLANE

The closest airport to the program venue is Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK). Delegates can book a taxi or other online transportation to their hotel. Depending on the hotel, airport transfer services may also be
available.

VISA

Participants who require a visa to enter Indonesia are responsible for arranging and obtaining their visa independently. The GEEM 2025 Committee will provide an official invitation letter upon request to support your application.
